Hello I'm Michelle.I have 4 wonderful children. Crayola has to be the greatest inventor in the world. It makes every day brighter and even the walls different colors! I think my favorite story is how I still HAVE to buy crayons for stocking stuffers for my teenagers. One year, when they were 14 and 12, I thought they may be getting too old and didn't buy them. I didn't want them to think I thought they were babies. Boy oh boy, did I mess up or what! My hubby overheard them talking and came to me and said the boys were upset they didn't get their art supplies yet. (Funny thing, I bought them just decided when I was filling the stockings they may not want them anymore. I even wrapped them out of habit.) So, he went and got them and stuck them under the tree. The packages we purchased never would have fit in the stockings, and he was able to sneak them under the tree. Whew! It was almost a disaster. One is 18 and the other will be 16 by Christmas. I've already been "reminded" that they need crayons, markers, water colors and colored pencils...LOL...I love Crayola!:)

Hi! I'm Marie, wife to Paul and mom to Sammy who is a very active toddler. We love Christmas trees. It's going to be interesting to see how Sammy handles the tree this year. We might have to put the tree in a baby corral to keep it safe! LOL

Those are the absolute BEST presents in the world. Don't have too much fun and forget to visit us here from time to time. LOL, I should talk. My 18 yr old just promised to color his weekend away with his 4 yr old brother for Thanksgiving. My dining room table will have 4 heads hanging over it, with crayons, paper and colored pencils EVERYWHERE.

I'm Amanda and this is one of the first groups I've joined. I've not done too much creatively with my kids yet since they are so small but I do think we will start something this year for Christmas. I can't wait to read ideas!

Hello and welcome. Everyone knows how to make the hand turkey right? If you cut out the hand and tape the thumb to the pinky finger you have now created and angel. Turn it upside down and the fingers are the bottom of your angel's gown. My oldest "invented" this 2 yrs ago and it's one of my boys favorite decorations to make every year. If you have more than one child take the post of an earring and poke a hole in each gown. Run ribbon through your hole and attach them together. Now, you have an angel "army" and grandparents love having all the "kids"together. Here's to imagination!:)
