The Duggars of Arkansas recently announced they are expecting their nineteenth child and recently celebrated the birth of their first grandchild. The reality show, "18 Kids and Counting," chronicles their days as a big family and how they cope with life in general.

I have not seen the show ... I don't know how they do it! They would have to be efficient to manage that many kids! I wonder how much outside help they get?

That's an interesting question, Jennyboots. I have not seen all the episodes so I'm not sure if they do have outside help. Maybe someone else can answer this question for us. :)
