I don't know it yet, but Santa already went shopping for at least one of the items on my list

Dear Santa,

Last Christmas, I was only a little infant. So the whole present thing went over my head.  This year's a different story!  I love crinkly paper and toys.  And I just love the idea that I may actually get some toys of my own that my brother won't try and steal from me.  (A baby can dream, right?)

So Santa, please bring me the following toys.  I promise I'm a good boy.

The Brightlings Exploration Station, from LeapFrog -- My Mommy has heard that this is one of the hottest new toys for infants and toddlers.  It has all sorts of tunnels and fun things for me to check out, plus it comes with some little "brightling" people for me to chew on.  It retails for $39.99 but it's currently on sale on the LeapFrog site for $29.99.

A Hasbro Ball Popper -- One of my 1-year-old "friends" has one of these and I get to excited when the balls blow up and down.  It retails for $22.99 but it's currently on sale on Amazon for $17.99.

Blocks -- Really, it doesn't take much.  Give me a couple of balls or some stacking blocks and I'm very easily amused.  You can never have too many blocks.  Mommy likes this Alphabet Nesting set from Melissa & Doug.  You can find them on the Gummy Lump website, where they currently have all of their Melissa & Doug toys on sale at 10% off.  (Not to mention that they were already on sale - so they are marked down from $14.95 to $8.96)  And there's free shipping on orders over $50.

A sorting toy -- I'm at a great age now.  I'm starting to interact with toys and I'm learning!  A sorting toy would be something I could learn from.  Mommy thinks this Melissa & Doug Stack & Sort Board (on sale on Amazon) would be a nice one for me - it teaches sorting, stacking, colors and shapes.

An Activity Cube -- Why slobber over the one at the doctor's office that is sure to be full of germs, when I can have one of my own?  There's something different on every side, sure to provide many hours of entertainment.

And Santa, can you try and swing it that none of these toys will be recalled after I open them?

Thanks!

Love,
Baby
