Dad's got a wish list this Christmas, too.

Yo Santa,

You're a dude, help me out.   The kids are running around making noise and my wife's off spending my hard-earned cash on Christmas presents.  Can you cut a guy a break and hook me up with some cool gifts this season to try and take the edge off?

Here are a few suggestions for me and other Dads in general:

For the Dad that reeeeeeeeally doesn't want to carry his wife's frilly pink diaper bag -- anything from DadGear is a great pick for a new Dad, especially the DadGear backpack, which is a classic, or the Dadgear "diaper vest," which contains hidden pockets for wipes, diapers and bottles.  Use coupon code MWS15 for 15% off anything on the DadGear site.

For the practical joker Dad -- this one is sure to get a laugh out of all my guy friends.  And although I already have a beer gut, what's another spare tire around the waist, right?  This Beerbelly hooks under my shirt and contains a "bladder" for beer, a tube for me to drink out of, and best of all, I can sneak this one into the stadium at game time.  It's currently for sale at the Succulent Wife for $39.95 (normally $49.95) and ships for free.

For the active Dad -- a SIGG water bottle is the way to go for sporty Dads on the move.  They're stylish, durable and don't release any of those nasty plastic bottle toxins into the water.  And of course, because they are reusable, they are eco-friendly!  Use coupon code MWS15 to receive 20% off all SIGG bottles on the Nubius Organics website (and anything else appealing there.)  These make great stocking stuffers - get one for the kids to match with Dad!

For the Dad who can't put his Blackberry down -- the entire tee line from Hatley Nature is eco-friendly, and chock full of funny sayings.  My favorite is the "Blackbeary" tee shirt that pictures a black bear holding a Blackberry.  This one is a must-have for the Dad who is attached at the hip to his Blackberry.  Or how about the "iPaw" one?  And Dads who love to fish will get a chuckle out of the "the end of the rainbow" tee (pictured with a rainbow trout.)  The entire Hatley t-shirt line is made of 100% cotton.  Free shipping on orders over $55.  Use coupon code Mommies with Style for 20% off.

For the Dad who loves his Sunday football -- nothing says lovin' like a big flat screen tv.   Any Dad would do the dishes for life in gratitude if he were to come downstairs to a new flat screen.  Amazon is having some great deals but shop soon as some of them take up to two weeks for shipping.

-Dad
