Keep these cute maternity items away from me

I found this helpful Thank You! Your vote will be tallied soon!

Pregnant with my first son in 2003. I thought my only maternity clothes options were Motherhood and Mimi.

So my job is becoming a hazardous occupation.   Not the stay-at-home-Mom one (although some would argue it's definitely hazardous at times!), but the other one I just love, where I get to test baby and Mommy products on a daily basis for my business.  Of course this includes maternity items.  It was great when I was pregnant, but now it only serves as temptation to my non-pregnant, thank-God-I'm-getting-8-hours-of-sleep-at-night self.

With my "last baby" now almost 15 months, I'm definitely getting that baby fever.  What doesn't help is that maternity clothes and items only get cuter and trendier as time goes on.

Some stuff that's really been tempting me lately includes:

The shirts from Love my Belly Maternity.  I had one of her tees at the very end of my pregnancy with my last baby.  I loved it.  Not only was the quality superb (thick yet really stretchy for growing belly), but the designs are just too cute.  A little bling goes a long way to making you feel stylish and still cute when you have a big fat basketball protruding out from your stomach.

Anything from Isabella Oliver.  Their clothes are a little pricier, but this pair of British designers definitely know how to make a woman feel stylish.  I had their black wrap skirt and a few other items with my last pregnancy.  Their items are especially great for the working pregnant Mom - they have tons of really classy business casual type pieces.

These stylish tees from 9 Months to Grow. Check out the layered tee look - where was that when I was pregnant the first time around?  I was wearing baggy shirts from Motherhood.

2 Chix Maternity - more tees and tanks to tempt me, many with funny savings.  Even Dad can play along on this site, I love the "My Boys Can Swim" tee.

Lauren Kiyomi - Kiyomi is Japanese for Pure Beauty and the name is right on.  Designed by a stay-at-home-Mom of four, her designs are comfortable and chic.  And if you are pregnant now, be sure and check them out. They are having a great sale with up to 75% off on some items (I just love the Lounge Pants on this page)

A Baby Bola ball - this charm hangs low and is meant to be worn from 20 weeks plus.  It bounces gently as you walk and makes soft chimes that baby can hear.  How nice is that?  The only sounds my kids probably heard in utero were the sound of my banging away at my keyboard.

And that's just a sampling of some of the great products out there.  It's so nice that pregnant women have so many options for cute, stylish options these days.   And don't even get me started on great new infant products...
