Getting organized: Inside your diaper bag

The amount of products that have come on the market in the past few years is amazing.

With my oldest, his diapers and wipes case went into whatever pocket I could jam them into in my diaper bag.  With my baby today, I have such an array of choices it's almost overwhelming at times.

Here's just a sampling of some stylish and functional diapers and wipes holders that I've used in the past few years - some great little pouches and organizers to be considered when filling a diaper bag:

Diapees and Wipees:  A simple concept, yet cute and useful, Diapees and Wipees were invented by a stay at home Mom.  And they are all over these days - used by the hottest celebrities in Hollywood and by Moms everywhere, it's a small bag that's a perfect size to hold a wipes case and 2-3 diapers.  These days, my own Diapees and Wipees holds my wipes case and two size 4 diapers.  It would hold more, except my wipes case is a Made by Angie wipes case so it's a big thicker than average.  (Mention Mommies with Style at checkout on the Made by Angie site and receive 10% back on your order.)  I also had my Diapees and Wipees personalized with baby's name and I think it's pretty hip looking!  Plus it's so convenient when I'm on the go.  If I'm in a rush, or if hubby is taking the boys out, we just take the Diapees and Wipees and it's so much nicer than lugging a big diaper bag.

Goober Baby:  Goober Baby also has some savvy looking diaper bag accessories.  Their "Change Purse" is essentially a diaper and wipes holder, it has a plush interior lining and comes in some unique and chic-looking fabrics.  Their "changing pad" is also plush (what baby wouldn't want to lay on this!) with the same cool fabrics as the change purse, and my favorite is the "Tote Bag" which can be used to store baby food, diapers, your make-up and virtually anything you'd like to store in a small plastic bag.  Use coupon code "style07" for free shipping.

Lapin Vilardi:  Is another favorite of the Hollywood celebrities.  They sell cosmetic and travel bags, also in some unique patterns.  Use coupon code MOMWSTYLE for 15% off your order.

Skip Hop Pronto:  This is one I use when I want to put it all together.  I have the Skip Hop Pronto in Denim, and it's a changing pad that unrolls to reveal pockets for wipes and diapers.  It's also great for on-the-go.

Of course there are dozens (if not, hundreds) of diaper bag organizers out there now.  And those are just a few of the ones I've been using recently.  But the great news for today's Moms is that there are so many trendy and useful products out there.
