Yarn Favorites: Beaverslide Wool Mill

Beaverslide Fisherman Weight 2-Ply
There are some yarns that I enjoy so much I never tire of babbling about them (lucky you...). Most of my favorite fibers come into rotation every so often in my projects - especially if they have great color support (see my previous post).
I've recently acquired a fresh batch of one of my all-time faves: Beaverslide MacTaggarft Tweed in 'Mountain Mahogany.' (pictured) 100g hanks of fisherman weight, pure Montana wool make me happy. Another thing that makes me happy? Supporting small agricultural (family-run) businesses that make wonderful products. Leanne from the mill has always made my transactions personal and very special.
I'm starting a new sweater project and completely floored about this yarn. I'll update you on the progress this week.
Remember the next time you're in the market for some quality wool (worsted and fisherman weights) with rockin' color support to keep Beaverslide in mind.
