My kids and their friends L-O-V-E to wear their firefighter t-shirts.  My brother-in-law is a firefighter and he started buying us shirts from firestations and firehouses he visits.  If you don't have a firefighter in your family,  here are a couple of stores online that sell official shirts from firehouses in New York, Queens, the Bronx, Brooklyn and more.  The shirts are inexpensive and fun.  Your kids will love them.  My girls and their buddies wear their firefighter tees as part of their "summer uniform".
