Today brought snow and sleet to our area AGAIN. To say
that I have cabin fever is an understatement. It's been a really
cold and grey winter. The family and I are trying not to go
crazy until Spring. Here are some of things we do around my
house to keep cabin fever from getting us down.

It is 13 degrees today. It's cold, I'm crabby and so are
the kids. February stinks because it's cold, grey and all I can
think about is sun and fun. I can't make time move any faster,
so I try to do what I can to ease the "cabin fever" of my family.

Valentines Day is more than candy or flowers from
your sweetheart. Valentines Day means that its time
for another class party at school! I am a room mom (class
parent) at my younger daughters school. I love this
volunteer position. It takes a lot of time during the major
class parties (Halloween, Holiday and Valentines Day) BUT
this volunteer post is low key for the rest of the school year.
