It's true: Pixie dust looks good on everyone.

Celebrities got their style on this Saturday at the fifth annual Runway for Life celebrity fashion show to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Since its inception, the event has raised more than $6.5 million for St. Jude, internationally recognized for its pioneering work in fiding cures and saving children with cancer and other diseases. Held at the Beverly Hilton, this year's event was presented by Disney's Tinker Bell, which releases on DVD on October 28.

Stars in attendance included Haylie and Hilary Duff, Dick Van Dyke, Marlo Thomas, William Shatner, Jaime Pressly, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Selena Gomez, Jon Hamm, Kathy Najimy, Cybill Shepherd, Jason Alexander, Daisy Fuentes, Natasha Henstridge, Skeet Ulrich, Jennifer Westfeldt, Victor Garber and many others.

Models and celebrities walked the catwalk through a fairy wonderland (Pixie Hollow, anyone?) at a "Runway Meets Broadway" style event. The evening combined fashion, music, dance and film on a stage designed to bring to earth the magic of fairies, pixie duest, and Disney's most iconic films. Parts of the show featured stunts, special effects and dance sequences inspired by Disney's most magical movie moments.
