When I turned 16, I couldn't wait to hop in the car and drive with my friends to the mall. I think we saw Jurassic Park and then played mini golf. Overall, a pretty swell birthday for a newly licensed driver -- especially when you consider that I started the day in the parking lot of my neighborhood Blockbuster as my mom watched me practice my three-point turns before I took my dreaded driving test.

According to People.com, when Miley Cyrus turns 16 on October 5, she'll be holding her party at Disneyland, and your teen is invited -- if they can score a ticket, that is. Tickets for Miley's Sweet 16 -- Share the Celebration go on sale for $250 on August 30. Proceeds benefit Youth Service America.

If Miley's concert tickets were going for thousands of dollars, can you imagine what tickets to her birthday party will sell for? Hopefully, since these are meant to go to a charitable organization, people who buy them to sell them will donate some of their proceeds to charity.
