Parceling Out the Mega-Pizza

Eas-y Freez-y
Occasionally, to help during overloaded weeks, we'll grab one of those "mega-pizzas" from a warehouse store... the fresh, doughy ones in the deli refrigerated case that look like they'll feed 40 but cost seven bucks. We usually opt for straight cheese that we add such fixins to as turkey pepperoni, sliced black olives, strips of jarred roasted red bell peppers, and mushrooms.
I'm sure some families tear through the whole pizza (I grew up in a family of six, so that pizza wouldn't have had a chance of survival past one mealtime... in fact, we would have needed two). But with two young ones, healthy eaters though they are, we just don't relish having leftover pizza in the fridge for days.
So, we have another trick: we carve up the mega-pizza into four separate ones... and freeze three of them. On a freezer-friendly resealable plastic bag, we mark instructions for 15 minutes at 400º so that, if the kids are with a sitter on date-night, the sitter knows how the baking goes...
On a pizza that's already been delivered.
