Halloween-themed GladWare and Dixie paper plates
Posted by: CallMeMama
October is here, which means it's time to dig out your trusty black witch's hat and gear up for Halloween. Shopping around, there are so many great Halloween products and ideas out there that I thought I'd take a minute to tell you about of few of my favorites.
It seems like every year they come out with more and more every day holiday paper products. And of course Halloween is no exception. Here is a list of some of the great products that will come in handy for everyday use as well as at parties for your favorite ghosts and goblins. (I would give you the link to these sites, but unfortunately they don't put these holiday items on their websites.)
- GladWare Containers Spooky Collection -- these disposable bowls say "Happy Halloween" and are decorated with small, smiling pumpkins. (See picture.)
- Dixie Ultra Halloween paper plates -- these are purple, lime green, and black decorated with happy ghosts. (See picture.)
- Halloween Solo Party Cups -- sold in a set of black, purple, and orange, I saw these at Target. Perfect party cups.
- Ziplock Halloween Sandwich and Treat bags -- found anywhere Ziplock baggies are sold. Great for putting a little seasonal fun in your child's lunchbox. Also perfect for treat bags for you child's class party.
Here are some other great products and ideas that I stumbled upon that were too great not to share. I hope that they will make the month of October extra spooky at your house!
- Forget Christmas. Make a gingerbread house now with a Wilton Halloween Cookie House Kit.
- For your witch's brew, a large plastic Halloween punch bowl from Target.
- Super cute party invitations from PaperStyle.com.
- Carving a pumpkin is messy and hard work. Just use the Mrs. Potato Head Witch Pumpkin Decorating Kit instead.
- Halloween Mashed Boo-tatoes from Martha Stewart.
- A spooky way to recycle your empty milk jugs from FamilyFun.com.
- And finally, my kids' favorite new Halloween read, Pumpkin Hill.
