I love candy so much. It ranks right up there with French fries. So obviously as a Fit Mama, it's got to stay out of my life as much as possible. I really don't want to have it in my house. So I'm trying to figure out what food or little toys I could substitute for candy and not disappoint the neighborhood. I asked the experts: The Boy and The Girl.

The Girl was… Read More

October is here, which means it's time to dig out your trusty black witch's hat and gear up for Halloween. Shopping around, there are so many great Halloween products and ideas out there that I thought I'd take a minute to tell you about of few of my favorites.

It seems like every year they come out with more and more every day holiday paper products. And of course Halloween is no exception. Here is a list of… Read More

Check out the equally cute and hair-raising hair bows from the Something Sweet Bowtique. In addition… Read More

Halloween Decorations: Tree Ghosts

Last weekend my husband and I braved the black hole known as our garage to look for our Halloween decorations. Buried in the piles of junk was a medium sized box containing all of our decorations.

Even though we love Halloween, we don't have a lot of decorations. We've only owned a house for three years, so we've tried to buy one or two new decorations each year. With our current financial situation, we couldn't afford fancy… Read More
