A necessity on any changing table

I had never heard of Shout Ultra Gel stain lifter before my baby shower for Hamlet. Then, my cousin gave it to me as part of a game. (Sort of a mad lib in which you unwrap products whose names are the words in the story. You know, "If you need help, give me a Shout.")

Anyway, while my cousin, then a nursing mother of 2 (now of 4), gave me no added information, I'm sure she knew what she was doing. Shout Ultra Gel works on breastmilk poop.

I could end my endorsement right there. I cannot count the number of adorable outfits this product has saved from yellow seedy doom. However, I'd be remiss if I didn't also mention the ivory damask table linens not permanently scathed from red wine and tomato sauce spills, or the boy clothes that remained fit for chuirch even after being used for the "construction site" in our yard.

The bottle has a plastic brush applicator on its tip. You squeeze the bottle to get the gel out; a little goes a long way. I have successfully eliminated both fresh and old stains, though the older the stain (up to a week old), the better off you are to apply the gel up to five minutes before washing. Also, the bottle states that the gel won't work on rust, paint, bleach damage, or similar stains.

In short: this is a product that is easy, convenient, and works. You can't ask for much more than that!
