Today my husband's mother officially moved into her new house across the street. Yesterday, in the throws of a big financial stress headache, we decided it was time to take our son out of his current $500-per-month preschool. We've already found him a spot at another school for next year at a much cheaper monthly price of $145. Needless to say, his current preschool is out of our price range. Our first month of using credit cards instead of our debit cards has come to end. I received my first credit card statement yesterday. It was $244 over our normal monthly budget, plus we had to replace our home computer since it took its last and final grisly whimpering breath in February. This meant I ended up pulling from savings, again, to cover our over spending.
