Sheriff outfit with hat, bandana, and faux fur mustache.
Costume Instructions
Prep Time: 3 hours
Costume Materials
Fringe from craft store
White shirt
Black pants
Western-style belt
Western-style hat
Sheriff badge
Cowboy boots (optional)
Bandanna (we used a red kitchen napkin)
Non-toxic glue for face
Fake fur for the mustache
Costume Instructions
2. I also added that same fringe to some basic black pants he had.
3. He wore one of his white shirts under the vest.
4. I took a red table napkin that had a stain on one side and was about to throw away and flipped it over to the unstained side to act as a bandanna.
5. My son had an old stuffed toy gorilla which had seen better days. Instead of throwing it out, I took some of the fur from the toy and constructed a mustache. We used non-toxic glue to adhere the mustache to his nose.
6. We added a store-bought western hat and sheriff badge and he was good to go.
