Brief Description:
Racing at its Best!
Ingredients:
11 x 14 cake
9 x 13 cake
White Frosting colored to match
Choc Frosting
Foam material (or poster board) for roof
Moto cross bikes with drivers
Popcicle sticks for Grandstand seats and sides
printable picture of crowd
9 x 13 cake
White Frosting colored to match
Choc Frosting
Foam material (or poster board) for roof

Steps:
Bake cakes. Cut tops off to level, but save tops for later.
Frost bottom cake with chocolate frosting.
Place pieces of cake tops around making higher for hills also frosting with light chocolate frosting.
Use dark fudge frosting to make road look raced on.
Cut 9 x 13 cake in half. Put together and frost in white.
Use popcicle sticks to make seats and also to hold up roof of Grandstand.
Using frosting to adhear the roof to the sticks.
Write Happy Birthday on top and I put his racing emblem on too!
Do shell borders on top and bottom of base cake and Grandstand in white.
Add a bit of green grass frosting around the dirt areas.
Down load and print a picture of people cheering to place in Grandstand.
Add candles and you are done!

- Daytime, natural light is best. If your area is bright enough, try taking the photo without the flash.
- Upload a horizontal photo. If you crop the image on your computer, make sure you keep a landscape 4:3 aspect ratio.
