Materials
2 yards white fleece
1 Yard red fleece for circles
Elastic
White sewing thread
Blue Vest
Yellow strips
Adhesive Glue
1 Yard red fleece for circles
Elastic
White sewing thread

Adhesive Glue
Instructions
Cut the white fleece into large circle
Cut red fabric into 5 small circles. Glue circle on white fleece.
Sew elastic onto edge of white fleece.
Tips for Taking a Great Photo:
- Avoid clutter. Keep the background simple -- your costume is the star!
- Daytime, natural light is best. If your area is bright enough, try taking the photo without the flash.
- Upload a horizontal photo. If you crop the image on your computer, make sure you keep a landscape 4:3 aspect ratio.
