Description
My daughter loves cats and she has been a different one each year. 2007 she surprised me when she told me she would like to be a -TIGER QUEEN!!! Puh - a Tiger Queen, uh??? Well after looking far and wide without any luck I decided to make one myself. It turned out very nice!
Materials
black velvety shirt for the top (I had laying in the closet)
1 yard tiger fabric
+/- 20 yard tutu fabric in black, shiny black, brown, shiny brown and gold
some elastic ribbon for the waist band on the skirt
black ribbon
golden sequence
some pillow stuffing
metal wire (I used a metal coat hanger! that I cut to the right length!)
black thread
fabric glue
2 black barrettes
Instructions
Tips for Taking a Great Photo:
- Avoid clutter. Keep the background simple -- your costume is the star!
- Daytime, natural light is best. If your area is bright enough, try taking the photo without the flash.
- Upload a horizontal photo. If you crop the image on your computer, make sure you keep a landscape 4:3 aspect ratio.
- For best results, make your image 1200x900 (or "save for web").
- With a digital camera, you can take as many photos as possible and choose the best one. Have fun!
