Description

I'm a petite girl so I wanted to use that to my advantage when thinking of a costume. I love the movie Willy Wonka so I decided to make the best Oompa Loompa costume EVER!!! I went ALL OUT! I've been sewing since I was seven so it was fun to do! I made the WHOLE thing, including the wig and shoes!!!

Materials

Spray painted and shaped wig
Cotton overalls
Jersey turtleneck sweater
Striped socks
Shoes with pom poms

Instructions

  • Make the wig, shape and paint. Sew the whole thing yourself!! Thats what I did :)

    Tips for Taking a Great Photo:
    • Avoid clutter. Keep the background simple -- your costume is the star!
    • Daytime, natural light is best. If your area is bright enough, try taking the photo without the flash.
    • Upload a horizontal photo. If you crop the image on your computer, make sure you keep a landscape 4:3 aspect ratio.
    • For best results, make your image 1200x900 (or "save for web").
    • With a digital camera, you can take as many photos as possible and choose the best one. Have fun!
