A sweet lion cub
Materials
All I used was some colored felt for the ears and tummy, yarn for the mane and a yellow shirt and pants for the body.
Instructions
Get yellow outfit-buy an extra shirt to make the "hat". Get a piece of cream colored felt and a piece of pink felt. Some solid colored yellow yarn and some multi colored yellow yarn and some pipe cleaners. I cut a piece to be the belly out of cream felt and hot glued it onto the shirt. Cut the extra shirt until in makes a bonnet type hat, stitch one end across to make a pullstring closer, use a piece of the multi colored yarn for the pullstring. Save the left over material to make the ears. Form ears shapes out of pipe cleaners and cover in left over material form the extra shirt. glue a triangle of pink in the middle and hand stick them to the top of the hat.
Take your yarn and cut it into 2 to 3 inch pieces hot glue yarn all over the hat in rows alternating solid and multi colored yarns, glue yarn in saome way around the neck of the shirt, aroung the end of the sleves and around the bottom of the pants.
put the out fit on your baby! Isn't it cute!
Tips for Taking a Great Photo:
- Avoid clutter. Keep the background simple -- your costume is the star!
- Daytime, natural light is best. If your area is bright enough, try taking the photo without the flash.
- Upload a horizontal photo. If you crop the image on your computer, make sure you keep a landscape 4:3 aspect ratio.
- For best results, make your image 1200x900 (or "save for web").
- With a digital camera, you can take as many photos as possible and choose the best one. Have fun!
