Description

I made this costume for my son because he loves Star Wars. It took two weeks to make but it was tons of fun and he really loves it .

Materials

I used brown and white fur like materiel for the body and head.I needed a black materiel for the nose and lips.I also used false teeth and black foam balls for the eyes.I used a foam material to make the head and feet large and a orange colored material for the head wrap.Last I used lots of tread and a glue gun.

Instructions

  • I started by cutting out a pattern I made from a pair of my sons pants and a large top. I cut out the Pattern and sewed it together and glued foam on the in side of the feet.I cut out a oval shape for the belly and sewed that on then I sewed the hands in a glove shape. For the head I cut out a round shape from the foam and glued the brown fur like material to it then I glued on the eyes and sewed on ears . I wrapped the orange colored material on the head and cut out spots for the ears and face. I used the black material for the nose and lips .I sewed a nose with it and then I cut some of the white fur and sewed it on the head and cut out a spot for the lips to go.I sewed on the lips and glued on the teeth. I cut out eye spots for my son to see under the Ewok eyes.

Tips for Taking a Great Photo:
    • Avoid clutter. Keep the background simple -- your costume is the star!
    • Daytime, natural light is best. If your area is bright enough, try taking the photo without the flash.
    • Upload a horizontal photo. If you crop the image on your computer, make sure you keep a landscape 4:3 aspect ratio.
    • For best results, make your image 1200x900 (or "save for web").
    • With a digital camera, you can take as many photos as possible and choose the best one. Have fun!
